So when I first arrived in Paris about three weeks ago, the first recipe that I created was a Franco-Spanish twist on the classic American comfort dish of grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. I made a really simple gazpacho recipe to compliment bubbling, oozing grilled cheese with something chill for the summer.
This recipe has been posted on the blog of La Belle Assiette, the gastro-tech startup I’m working for here in paris. I’ll be sharing three others this month on their blog as a guest-blogger, so stay tuned!
Also, check out La Belle Assiette while you’re there! (I’m not being pressured to throw in a plug for La Belle; I genuinely want to do so.) They’re doing some amazing things in the private chef industry, and I believe we’ll be seeing them in America in the near future.
I’D BE HONORED IF YOU WOULD CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL RECIPE AND STORY. Thanks!
