The BenGusto™ Buddy Cooking Class, which held its first monthly meeting precisely one month ago, will be making handmade pasta at the student-run “IB Iron Chef” competition at South Lakes High School (in the beautiful cafeteria) on March 7 from 4:30 – 5:30 pm. Everyone interested in joining us in making pasta, sampling students’ culinary creations, and having a jolly good time should come on Friday! Tickets are $5 at the door, and all the money that the South Lakes students raise through this event goes to the Oxfam charity organization to fight world hunger. That sounds like a complete recipe for a good time to me!

Anyways, I thought I’d just give a quick update on what’s happening. I’ll be sure to post some nice photos and info on the group’s culinary experience for those of you who are unable to attend! Stay tuned for more episodes on the BenGusto™ Buddy Cooking class adventure!
