Tired of Coleslaw? Be Daring. Do Red Beet Slaw.

It’s that time again …

I present to you the second post in my August-long guest-blogging series on the blog of La Belle Assiette, the gastrotech startup that I’m working with this fabulous summer  in the private chef industry of Paris! This is actually a really simple recipe I made about a year ago to make beets taste good. (Incredible, right? Beets tasting good … it’s practically unheard of … ) This slaw is refreshing, beautiful in color, and versatile in flavor. It is a new alternative to coleslaw as a side dish or on pastrami sandwiches!

You can find the post and recipe in English on the UK blog of La Belle Assiette.

If you’re feeling international, you can go for the French version on the FR blog of La Belle Assiette.

Bon appétit!

The Red Beet Slaw is really simple. You only need seven ingredients: beet, greek yogurt, mayo, honey, dill, dijon mustard, and salt.
